How do I place
my accounts with Alacrity?
After an agreement is signed, the client
may place accounts by:

E-mailing an attached file with the basic information needed
(name, address, telephone numbers and balance amount) Any
additional information required by collectors will be requested,
as needed

Faxing information including statements, invoices and contracts

For volume accounts, Alacrity develops an interface to receive
electronically transmitted accounts directly from your system

When should
I send accounts to the collection agency?
The recommended time is between 90 – 120
days. Recovery diminishes with age of account.

account too old to collect?
Most states’ statute of limitations is
three years from date of service, or date of last payment.
It is preferable that you do not send accounts beyond
two years from date of service.
